Mounaim is a seasoned strategist who is fascinated by the nexus of business strategy and the growing opportunities of regulation, data and technology. He works on strategic and innovation-related challenges in Open Finance and – more broadly – the digital transactions space.
His focus lies on helping financial services executives to develop new insights that enable them to (re-)define their business model and operational strategy in order to compete and collaborate in emerging digital ecosystems.
He possesses resilient analytical and problem-solving skills. He has developed a solid track record in digital growth strategies, value proposition design and operating model blueprinting for financial institutions (e.g. commercial and central banks, insurers) and service providers operating in digital ecosystems.
Mounaim holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from where he graduated cum laude in 2011.
Key areas of interest include Open Finance, Payments, Digital Identity, Decentralised Finance.
