New reference guide for developing AI data spaces
INNOPAY is involved in a Dutch public-private partnership to position the Netherlands at the forefront of knowledge and application of artificial intelligence (AI) as the basis for the nation’s future prosperity and well-being. Together with TNO, INNOPAY has developed guidelines to support AI data sharing and ensure trust and interoperability between AI data spaces.
The Dutch government regards artificial intelligence as a crucial factor in the future prosperity and well-being of the Netherlands. Due to its generic nature, AI is expected to impact almost all businesses, individuals, and society as a whole. Therefore, the NL AI Coalition (NL AIC) has been set up as a public-private partnership, aimed at positioning the nation at the forefront of AI knowledge and application. Within the NL AIC, to facilitate the necessary data sharing for AI applications, the working group on Data Sharing has set itself the goal of building trustworthy, interoperable AI data spaces together with the market.
As a first step towards building these AI data spaces, INNOPAY and TNO have developed a reference guide to develop federated and interoperable AI data spaces. The guide provides a rich set of methodologies, tools, processes and building blocks to support the challenges and requirements of AI. It also provides prescriptive guidelines to ensure trust and interoperability between AI data spaces.
