Holland Fintech was launched on 23 November 2014 aimed at connecting people and organisations in the financial value chain. Its goal was to enable businesses and consumers to benefit from innovation and development. Now, precisely five years later, the Holland Fintech community is made up of more than 250 members. As one of the founding members, INNOPAY is proud to congratulate Holland Fintech on its fifth anniversary.

The fintech sector has matured rapidly over the last five years, but many more changes lie ahead. The tech giants from China and the USA are gaining ever-more power and control over the digital world we live in. That digital world also encompasses the financial realm, which is posing a growing threat for the incumbent players in financial services. But as game-changers like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Alibaba, Tencent and Apple enter the industry, it is opening up opportunities for startups to ride the wave of disruption. INNOPAY, together with Holland Fintech, is looking forward to continuing to support the evolution of the fintech community for many more years to come.
