Deutsche Bank webinar on Open Data Economy
The world is moving towards an open data economy. Businesses are partnering up by integrating and monetising products and data in completely new ways – and they are further pushed towards open data and data sovereignty by global regulatory movement. On 11 May 2021, Deutsche Bank is organising a webinar on ‘Build and scale API-driven teams and business models’, and INNOPAY’s Karl Illing will be among the speakers.
There are manifold ways and possibilities for businesses to create value from data sharing, as current examples show: fintechs cooperate with banks to provide innovative financial products; car manufacturers share vehicle data with banks to provide customised car loans, and logistics service providers pass shipment data to insurers for an improved risk management.
Application programming interfaces (APIs) form the technical basis for this shift towards the open data economy. They enable companies to make their data, products and services available to external providers, resulting in new ecosystems and creating the potential for rapid growth.
What are the benefits of the open data economy? How can your business be part of it? Which roles, skills and processes are needed? Learn how to build and scale API-driven teams and business models in this free 60-minute-webinar.
