What are the implications for humanity and the essence of our being. Our upcoming talk show will explore the pros and cons of technology in more detail. Together with the highly popular De Nieuwe Wereld YouTube channel, we will be recording a talk show called ‘Can the pros of technology outweigh their disadvantages?’ at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands on 19 April. Philosopher Ad Verbrugge will be discussing this topic with experts including Yuri van Geest (trendwatcher and impact entrepreneur), Julia Janssen (artist, designer and researcher), Toon Segers (co-founder of Roseman Labs and part-time PhD-candidate Cryptography at TU Eindhoven) and Vincent Jansen (digital identity expert and partner at INNOPAY).
