Hybrid teams

“Clients spend a disproportionate amount of time and money on finding and nurturing the best individuals. On top, we noticed a growing demand for flexibility,” states Matthijs Ros director at INNOPAY and responsible for the Associate Community. “The community has been set up in response to this. In short, INNOPAY combines its own in-house expertise with the specialist skills of independent professionals. These hybrid teams consist of our own experts who form the basis, and carefully selected freelancers who have skills and or knowledge in a specific area.”

Constant change

“We have primarily focused on the supply side – the freelancers – over the past few months. We now have around 200 independent professionals in the Associates Community network,” Ros adds. “Although the community is established, it is always work in progress. The market evolves constantly and more rapidly. In fact, transformation has become the norm; change is the only constant.”

“We need to continuously update our pool, and our associates need to keep pace with the market,” continues Ros. “Right now, the biggest demand is for product owners, programme managers and identity & security experts, but there's no guarantee this will remain the same next year. Nothing can be predicted in this market!”
