Webinar for EBA members: Gearing the bank operating model towards digital and Open Banking readiness
On 27 Sep and 1 Oct 2021, Karl Illing, Country Lead Germany at INNOPAY and Daniel Szmukler, Director at EBA, will host two one-hour webinars on behalf of the Euro Banking Association’s Open Banking Working Group (OBWG) on its latest report “Gearing the bank operating model towards digital and Open Banking readiness” free of charge and for EBA members only.
The webinars will present key insights from the EBA report on transforming a bank's operating model to become digital-ready and excel at Open Banking - building on various interviews conducted with bank industry leaders and digital experts.
During the webinar, the following key questions will be addressed:
- What are the key design principles banks should apply in their transformation towards digital readiness?
- What are major elements of the bank operating model to address and how should they be adapted?
- What is the role of Open Banking in digital readiness?
- How can banks couter typical challenges in setting up successful and scalable Open Banking operations?
