What is your educational/work background?
I completed my bachelor’s studies back in the USA at the University of Richmond, where I concentrated on Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. I have continued to build on these topics through my current master’s in Management Studies at the University of Mannheim, and I am excited to further utilise the skills I have gained following my graduation this summer! In the professional arena, I have previous experience working in the business transformation department of a regional financial institution and in account management for a maturity-stage startup. I also spent one year as a junior partner for a removal company in between my bachelor’s and master’s studies.
What made you choose to work for INNOPAY?
From the start of the recruitment process, I could see that INNOPAY is a firm that values the growth of its team members and that, through working here, I would have a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally. What do you think is the future of digital transactions?
Going forward, I think that we will observe a weighty discussion regarding the benefits and potential negative effects of the increasing use of artificial intelligence in the realm of digital transactions. In my opinion, finding solutions to the possibilities for discriminatory algorithmic outcomes and addressing privacy concerns will be key in this debate.
What do you like most about strategic consulting?
The thing that I like most about strategic consulting is the opportunity to solve some of the most challenging questions in the business world!
