Tim van Diepenbeek
Junior Consultant - Working Student
I did a four-year bachelor’s degree in international business administration at Tilburg University, which included an exchange semester in Athens and an internship at a market research company. I chose to follow that with a master’s in business information management in Rotterdam, and I particularly enjoyed topics at the intersection of IT and business. After another internship, at consultancy firm IG&H, I am now finishing my master’s thesis and will join INNOPAY full-time after the summer.
INNOPAY focuses on the topics that I regard as essential in today’s and tomorrow’s digital world. I hope that, at INNOPAY, I can have a meaningful impact on the cornerstone of digital transformation and simultaneously work on my professional development. Besides that, based on the people I’ve spoken to so far, I believe INNOPAY strikes the right balance between working and having fun with colleagues.
I believe that all organisations need to become data-driven to stay relevant and that digital transactions are only the foundation on which to do so. For organisations to succeed, they must be skilled at creating transactions that automatically unlock useful data.
As a strategic consultant, I believe you can guide the future of organisations and thereby contribute to ongoing success and impact. I think that good strategic consultants should do so by breaking down complex issues and using market-specific or topic-specific knowledge. The right approach should almost be a guarantee for success.
