Hi Paul,
What is your educational/work background?
After completing my BSc in International Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Nordhausen, including a semester abroad in Izmir, I chose to pursue my interest in innovation by doing a master’s degree. This led to me doing an MSc in Innovation and Change Management at Nordhausen while gaining work experience from student jobs at an incubator and in the insurance industry.
What made you choose to work for INNOPAY?
I knew I wanted to work in consulting. The culture and the people at INNOPAY, combined with the knowledge areas and strategic focus, convinced me right away that this was the place for me.
What do you think is the future of digital transactions?
Digital transactions are already part of our daily lives but I think that, with the acceleration of new technological developments in areas like artificial intelligence, the number of digital transactions will exponentially increase. Identity solutions like digital wallets will play a crucial role in this developing ecosystem.
What do you like most about strategic consulting?
During my studies, I always enjoyed working together in a team to solve business problems. As a strategy consultant, I’m now able to apply this to the real world and learn more about various topics and companies.
