What is your educational/work background?
I have a bachelor's degree in automotive business management and a master's degree in international management. My professional experience consists of various consulting projects in the metal processing sector and in the machine manufacturing industry. I have also worked as a translator in those industries for the last five years, mainly focused on technical documents and manuals.
What made you choose to work for INNOPAY?
I was attracted to INNOPAY because of its unique position in the market. It's active in an industry I know little about, which triggered my curiosity to learn more about the world of digital transactions. In the end, it is the people who make a company, and the INNOPAYers that I spoke with during the recruitment period convinced me that this was a fun place to work and would be very good for my personal and professional development.
What do you think is the future of digital transactions?
For me, the future of digital transactions will be focused around convenience, with trusted institutions facilitating inter-organisational communication.
What do you like most about strategy consulting?
The reason I like strategic consulting is because it allows you to envision a future in which anything is possible, and then translate it into actionable strategies that will make that future happen – sort of as a self-fulfilling prophecy. It is also exciting and inspiring to engage with experts in the field because you learn something new every day.
