Yousef Zeineldin
Junior Consultant
I initially came to the Netherlands to do my bachelor’s in economics and business economics at Utrecht University. After a variety of internships, an attempt to launch a start-up and some mentoring, I realised that consultancy was my ideal path – which led me to Rotterdam to complete a master’s in consultancy & entrepreneurship.
I’ve always been fascinated by the place of individuals in a rapidly digitising society, particularly with regards to their digital transactions, identity and data. Since INNOPAY is at the forefront of these domains as a knowledge expert, it’s a perfect fit for me. I also found the large-scale projects that focus on multi-party collaboration and data sharing to be uniquely appealing.
I think it’s clear that the future will be all about cashless transactions. And as it’s becoming the new norm and individuals are beginning to understand the value of their data and security, the convenience offered will no longer create a competitive edge. Instead, it will be all about empowering the customer. I believe being able to gain the customer’s trust will be the focus when designing digital transaction systems in the future.
That it gives me the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in a variety of industries while facing real and complex business problems that each require a unique solution.
