What is your educational/work background?
Upon completing high school, I moved to the vibrant city of Groningen to start a BSc in Business Economics. Following that, I pursued a study in (Tax) Law and subsequently commenced my professional journey at EY before joining INNOPAY.
What made you choose to work for INNOPAY?
The initial allure of a career at INNOPAY stemmed from the diverse and continuously evolving range of subjects that spark my excitement, such as digital transactions, data sharing, and digital identity. I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge and attaining true expertise in INNOPAY's niche. Additionally, the open culture, flat hierarchy, and ambitious colleagues resonated strongly with me.
What do you think is the future of digital transactions?
In our rapidly digitising world, I firmly believe that digital transactions will become more significant each day. This presents numerous opportunities to enhance the world we live in, yet we must confront the accompanying risks today to effectively seize these opportunities and shape a better tomorrow. I hope to contribute to this process.
What do you like most about strategy consulting?
The aspect of strategy consulting that appeals most to me is the ability to confront the intricate challenges faced by our clients and truly make a tangible impact. It is gratifying to employ the specialised knowledge and skill set acquired through my journey at INNOPAY, collaborating with my exceptional colleagues and engaging with various stakeholders involved in our projects.
