What is your educational/work background?
I have a master’s degree in Educational Psychology. My professional background includes teaching, school counselling, teacher professionalisation, career guidance and psychotherapy.
What made you choose to work for INNOPAY?
I wanted to work at a company that makes a positive social impact, and I’m very impressed by INNOPAY’s approach to digital innovation – it’s well aligned with my own values and has made me rethink some of the products/services I use every day and take for granted. Furthermore, I was looking for autonomy and opportunities to create change through my daily work, and that’s exactly what INNOPAY offers.
What do you enjoy most about recruitment?
I like helping people to actively explore their interests and learning opportunities, and to develop their skills. Especially in a work context, the real-time effects of people doing a job they like are very noticeable, and it means a lot to me to be part of that.
