Supporting the Identity Provider certification process

At INNOPAY, we helped a provider of identity and access management solutions specialised in port logistics to become an iSHARE-certified Identity Provider.

We first assessed the extent to which the company’s existing identity verification process, authentication means and security measures complied with the iSHARE assessment framework for Certified Parties*. We then provided support in implementing the correct technical iSHARE specifications for Identity Providers.

*This iSHARE-framework was adapted from the European eIDAS trust framework to help determine the assurance level or degree of confidence that digital identification means provide in a claimed or asserted identity by the user.
