We value everyone's privacy

As part of our ongoing commitment to privacy and data protection, we have amended the INNOPAY Privacy Statement to make it even clearer that we value everyone’s privacy. The main reason for this change is to reflect the expansion of our service offering to include the INNOPAY Associates Community: a pool of carefully selected freelance professionals who improve workforce agility for our customers. Therefore, we have updated our Privacy Statement to explicitly cover self-employed consultants who express an interest in working with us, to fully reassure them that their personal data is in safe hands.

Among other things, the INNOPAY Privacy Statement explains why we ask you for certain types of personal data, how we collect data from you when you visit our website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and your rights in relation to the data you have provided to us. It also provides details of how you can unsubscribe from INNOPAY communication updates or ask for your data to be deleted from our database.

The main change to our Privacy Statement relates to the data of potential INNOPAY Associates. The unique nature of their relationship with us means that we require extra information from them – usually in the shape of their CV, including details of their qualifications and experience – so that we can match them with potential projects. By amending our Privacy Statement to explicitly cover such data, we continue to offer freelance consultants – and everyone else – maximum transparency about which data we require from them and why.

At INNOPAY, we set ourselves very high standards when it comes to privacy and consider it important to be as open as possible about how your personal data is processed. If anything is unclear to you, please get in touch with us.
