Creating e-SEPA: Now or never
As online payments take off, European banks have a unique opportunity to create a pan-European scheme for e-payment authorizations. As described in this article, such a scheme should include a rulebook, communication/messaging protocols, a compelling business model and strong governance while being open to incorporate existing solutions.
