What to expect from the health check
The first part of the workshop will focus on the business case (amount of invoices, suppliers, saving potential, etc). The second part will focus on qualitative areas such as your stakeholders within the company, supplier readiness, process readiness and level of conversion, etc.
The result from the day is to give you a greater insight into e-Invoicing and your organisations readiness. You will come away with an outline for the business case and the key qualitative issues that need to be addressed when considering the next steps.
