Our Work

We are involved in some of the key projects our field, for example the EBA MyBank initiative and the development of an e-recognition scheme for the Dutch government. Innopay distinguishes itself by not only looking at what is technically feasible, but also to think from the end-user of both sides of the transaction. Our work is hands-on: we cover the whole range of deciding strategy, product development, implementation and maintenance during operations. This could include strategy consulting to a large international bank or payment service provider, project management and product development of a new mobile payment solution, implementation of a new e-invoicing solution at a large corporate and maintenance of an online payment scheme.

Innopay offers an extensive learning experience that suits all stages of professional life. Much training is done on the job while working in teams with both senior and junior consultants. In addition, Innopay offers training, internal and external coaching and expert sessions on a regular basis.

From Business Analyst to Principal

Starting with an academic background and a maximum of two years working experience, you will typically join Innopay as a Business Analyst. After gaining knowledge, developing a network and experience you could develop into a Consultant, Senior or Principal Consultant or even Partner. With 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry or complex business environment you might join at Consultant level or as Senior or Principal Consultant, depending on your specific experience. All levels have a clear, different focus on a number of result areas associated with development areas. It’s all up to you.

Work hard, play hard

At Innopay it’s not all about working; we also regularly have team and family outings. For example the quarterly ‘Heissessie’: a 2-day company outing where we not only discuss our business, but also use the opportunity to do various social activities. In addition, we regularly have company drinks on Fridays or gatherings with colleagues and family members.
